The internal hall space on the ground floor measures approximately 17 meters by 12 meters, providing about 204 square meters of usable event space. Based on common event seating arrangements, this hall can comfortably accommodate about 180 to 200 guests in banquet-style seating (with tables and chairs) or up to 220–250 guests in theater-style seating (chairs arranged in rows). To support smooth circulation during events, the building incorporates two staircases positioned on opposite sides of the structure. The hall also benefits from left and right side entrances, improving accessibility and allowing guests to move in and out of the building with ease.

The first floor plan extends the functionality of the building by providing another spacious event hall directly above the ground floor. This upper hall also faces a stage area, making it suitable for hosting separate events simultaneously or serving as an overflow space during very large gatherings. The layout includes a walkway that allows guests to circulate comfortably around the hall while maintaining clear access to the stage and seating areas. Similar to the ground floor, the first floor includes a lobby area, restrooms, a store room, and a changing room, enabling it to function independently when required. A veranda space adds an open transitional area where guests can step out for fresh air or informal conversations during events.

Because the first-floor hall follows a layout similar to the ground-floor event hall, it also offers approximately 204 square meters of internal hall space. This means the first floor can accommodate roughly 180 to 200 guests in banquet seating or up to 220–250 guests in theater-style seating. When both floors are used together, the entire event center can comfortably host around 360 to 400 guests with tables, or up to about 450–500 guests in conference or theater-style seating.
