As you approach the entrance porch, your first point of contact is a small entrance sit-out that leads you straight to the ante-room space, The ante-room is connected to a lobby that connects you to the guest toilet and the ante-room You also access a door that will connect you to a large living room which is directly connected to the dining room.

The main lounge and the dining hall are connected as one single hall, you can access the staircase hall from the main lounge and head straight to the upper floors. The dining area has a door that connects you directly to the kitchen and from the kitchen you can access the kitchen store and the sit-out. The boy’s quarter is designed in a way that you can not access it from the main apartment except through the kitchen sit-out. 

On the first floor, you have 3 spacious rooms bigger than the standard bedroom size of which one can function as the master bedroom, The rooms on the first floor are connected by one common lobby and each room has its own toilet and bathroom system with providing for wardrobe. The first floor also has a private lounge which is very big and is connected to a sit-out on the upper floor.

The second floor is designed as a pent floor with only one big room on it with other sections, you also have a small private lounge on the pent floor with an attached sit-out and also a smaller room that can serve as a study or gym room.

The master bedroom on the pent floor has a big sit-out located also at the front, the room is designed to have a walk-in closet and a big bath and toilet system that can accommodate a jacuzzi
