5 Bedroom duplex with attached boy’s quarters and a penthouse

Welcome to the house plan market, this house design concept is a 5-bedroom duplex house design concept attached with a boy’s quarter and a pent floor for the master.

As you approach the entrance, the first place you enter is an open sit-out view area, the access door to the anteroom is recessed a little to create additional protection for the entrance door.

At the anteroom area, you have access to the visitor toilet or the main lounge area, or a lobby area that connects you to the upper floor, the kitchen, and the laundry area. The kitchen and the laundry share the same sit-out area.

Also, from the lobby you can access the visitor bedroom close to the anteroom and it has its own toilet and wardrobe space.
The main sitting room is designed to have a spacious area and a dining space that is also very big, from the dining area you can access the central lobby that will connect you to the kitchen or the laundry.

Please note there is no connection from the main apartment to the boy’s quarter from inside the apartment except through the outside of the apartment.

The boy’s quarter is designed to have a very big room with a toilet, wardrobe, and sit-out where the occupant can relax to receive cool air.
On the upper floor the first place you get to, is the main lobby, from the lobby you can access the rest of the four rooms, the family lounge, and the front sit-out. all the rooms, including the family lounge, have access to sit out where the occupants can relax to receive fresh air during the day or nighttime.

Also, the master bedroom and the madam bedroom are designed to be very spacious while the rest two rooms are designed to be a little bigger than the standard room size. all the rooms have their toilets, bathroom, and wardrobe space. The master bedroom toilet is very big and suitable for a jacuzzi bath.
