This portable 4-bedroom bungalow is designed for both private and commercial purposes, it is very suitable for half a plot of land or land bigger than half a plot. it is designed for economic reasons, if you are looking for a portable 4-bedroom bungalow apartment that will not be too expensive to start and finish the project, this house design concept will be very ideal for you.
As you approach the entrance porch, you will directly have access to the entrance main lounge door, the sit-out is very big and is connected to a visitor toilet that can only be accessed from the main lounge area. Once you enter the main lounge, you can easily access the visitor toilet, the guest bedroom, and the dining hall. you can also access the central lobby that connects the remaining three rooms from the main lounge area.
The main lounge is big enough for a four-bedroom bungalow apartment and the dining area is also moderately okay. you can access the kitchen through the dining. once you enter the kitchen, you can easily turn left to access the door to the kitchen verandah or move forward to access the kitchen store unit. the kit is reasonable and is connected to a store and a sit-out area. you can also access another door from the kitchen that will connect you to the central lobby area which you can use to link the rest of the remaining three bedrooms.
All the rooms are reasonable enough although not up to a standard room size, but the master bedroom is a little bigger than a standard room size. The guest bedroom is located in the front area close to the main lounge to give privacy to the owner. All the rooms have their toilet and bathroom with an inbuilt wardrobe system.
