This contemporary house design concept has the 3-bedroom apartments close to the back or end of the plot while the 4-bedroom duplex is positioned close to the front or towards the gate direction. As you approach the entrance door of the duplex apartment, your first point of contact is an open foyer or sit-out section, from the sit out area you can access the entrance door to the anteroom, and through the anteroom, you can connect to the visitor toilet through the visitor toilet lobby or enter the door opposite the visitor toilet lobby to access the main lounge.

The main lounge is very spacious and is combined with the dining hall to form a single unit hall, from the sitting room you can access a lobby that connects to the kitchen area, the laundry, the staircase area, and the guest bedroom at the ground floor area. The kitchen is very big with a spacious sit but it has no store facility. the guest bedroom at the ground is of standard size, it does not have any in-built wardrobe system in place and the toilet is big enough.

The laundry is of moderate standard and you can access the kitchen directly from the laundry section, the staircase is positioned at one end of the lobby area, and you can easily access the remaining 3 rooms on the upper floor through the staircase area. All the rooms on the upper floors are of standard room size except the master bedroom which is very much bigger than the restrooms from the master bedroom, you can access the front sit-out while you can also access the side sit-out area from the room by the left-hand side.

The 3 bedroom flats are 2 flats in number attached to this 4 bedroom duplex house plan, one of the flats is position at the ground floor while the flat is position at the upper floors, it can be used for commercial purpose, all the rooms are standard with toilet and bath system, plus a visitors toilet.
